      Overview

      Factories spend 29% of total energy and generate 34% of total greenhouse gas. Photovoltaic system including BIPV on the wall and wind power generation provides eco-friendly and CO2 free electricity. Fuel Cell produces both electricity and heat and Geo-thermal provides heat from earth. Generated electricity runs through SCPs(Smart Cabinet Panel). SCP is a core equipment constructing and operating smart green buildings. This intelligent digital circuit box is capable of energy demand management, power quality monitoring, electrical safety monitoring, and equipment monitoring for buildings and other large-scale consumers. Every smart green factory is equipped with electricity chargers for smart transportations such as e-car, e-bike and e-bicycle. All the information and data in the building is monitored and controlled by FEMS(Factory Energy Management System). Through FEMS users know where the energy is being wasted. Users can control all the devices such as lights, air-conditionings, fans with PINS(PLT Integrated Network System) technology which uses power lines to communicate. In smart green buildings AC Drives are installed to optimize control of AC motors at industrial sites and public/private facilities. AC Drives can reduce energy consumption by pumps and fans to 60%. Cheap electricity and renewable electricity is stored in an Energy Storage which consumers can use it during the night when there is no sun and also when the electricity is expensive.
